What data SaVolt may process, why, and how we treat Clean Fuel Regulation use while the product is still being built.
Last updated: September 2026
SaVolt is built with privacy in mind. SaVolt is not built on selling customer data. This policy describes current practices honestly, including where processes are still being built, rather than describing controls we do not yet have in place.
SaVolt ("SaVolt", "we", "us") provides a smart charging planning service for Tesla owners. You can reach us at hello@savolt.ca with any privacy question.
We process this data to operate the core SaVolt service: showing charging status and insights, planning smarter home charging, supporting Tesla charging schedules, and showing charging cost and savings information. We do not process this data to build advertising profiles or to sell it to third parties.
Qualifying charging data may, in some cases, be used or shared with verifiers or regulators in connection with Clean Fuel Regulation credit generation. This will only happen where it has been disclosed to you and you have consented to it. We do not share charging data for this purpose by default, and we do not currently hold approved Clean Fuel Regulation status.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for optional data uses (such as Clean Fuel Regulation data sharing) at any time by contacting hello@savolt.ca.
As SaVolt's product and data practices develop, we will update this page and note the date above. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to let account holders know directly.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to hello@savolt.ca.
